These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Eastern Shore Electrolysis website.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website purpose and pre-opening status
Eastern Shore Electrolysis is currently in development and is not yet accepting clients or providing electrology services. The website is intended to provide general information about the future practice, electrolysis, anticipated services, the planned service area, and opening updates.
Services will begin only after completion of all applicable Maryland examination, licensure and practice requirements. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer to provide electrology services before the practice is legally authorized to do so.
Informational content only
Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Health conditions that may contribute to unwanted hair should be evaluated by an appropriate healthcare professional when indicated.
No practitioner-client relationship
Use of this website, joining the waitlist, sending a message, or receiving a response does not create a practitioner-client relationship. Any future treatment relationship will begin only after the practice is open, applicable intake and consultation requirements are completed, and services are mutually agreed upon.
Waitlist and communications
Visitors may choose to submit contact information through the website waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, consultation, priority status, treatment eligibility, or a particular opening date. By submitting the form, you are asking Eastern Shore Electrolysis to contact you about opening updates and future availability.
Please do not submit urgent medical information or sensitive health information through the waitlist form. Information submitted through the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Permitted use

You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, submit malicious code, use automated methods in a manner that materially disrupts the site, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original text, branding, graphics, illustrations, page design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Eastern Shore Electrolysis and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit original website content without permission.

This website may use or link to third-party services, including services that support website hosting, analytics, spam prevention, forms, email delivery, mapping, social sharing, or other website functions. Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Eastern Shore Electrolysis is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
Website availability and accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but information may change as the practice develops. To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eastern Shore Electrolysis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
